So I'm wondering. I'm sitten here watchin the Emmy's. is there any type of awards shows for the CW network? Nobody on the CW has been on? do they have their own, if so when?

No. The CW is up for the same Emmys as the other television stations. It only got one nomination for Smallville in a technical category (outstanding sound editing for a series).

It seems that the CW suffers from the same lack of respect that the WB got. Gilmore Girls and Veronica Mars so deserved to be nominated, but never were. People tend to see it as a teen network and not on par with the heavy hitters, especially with the cable networks like FX and HBO.
