I guess it depends on what you want to watch.

If you like MTV, they have most of their shows online and I know that TBS and TLC show some of theirs online too. I haven't checked out TBS or TLC but MTV shows the entire show online!!
I go to CBS.com and watch shows on innertube. I can see shows like Jericho, NCIS and others. Entire episodes not just trailers.
