Best- Battlestar Galactica, Sara Connor Chronicles, Jericho, Prison Break, Heroes, Lost, Brothers and Sisters, One Tree Hill is OK, House etc.

Worst- Grey's Anatomy annoys me thet same with Desperate Housewives, anything that is supposed to be funny but is not, hate reality shows all of them.

You're gonna get different best and worst because not everybody likes all the same shows, they have different opinions as to what makes a good show for them.

In my opinion..... best: TerminatorSCC , Kyle XY, Smallville, Avatar, and spongebob(see... not everyone likes cartoons but i do)

worst: Lost (i started watching it for up to two seasons, I DONT GET IT??? Im not a patient person), Desperate Housewives, Ugly Betty(Quit remaking it!!! there's like a version of this show in every country), all reality TV.

Worst: Prison Break (sorry, Sara's fate cinched it for me), most reality shows (I will exempt a couple like The Amazing Race and Project Runway, not that I watch them, but I hear they are decent) and insipid game shows that require no talent/skill (like Deal or No Deal), CSI: Miami (once it became All-Horatio-All-The-Time)
BEST: MOONLIGHT, Men In Trees, Private Practice, Big Shots, New Amsterdam, Psyche, Heroes, Rock of Love (it's my guilty pleasure I hate other reality shows), Lipstick Jungle, Bones, House, Nip/Tuck, Rescue Me, The Sheild, Brothers and Sisters, October Rd, 24, Law and Order SVU, Without a Trace, Leno, Conan O'Brien, Jimmy Kimmel, Ellen, Dancing with the Stars, Project Runway, Jericho, Dirty Sexy Money, John and Kate plus 8, Lilo and Stitch the animated series.
