Where do the people on The Survivor shows get their leather necklaces?

I always see a bunch of them wearing some cool item around their necks...do they buy these for the show, from the people that produce the shows, or what?

Orignally, I recall that the earliest ones...people would wear what their family had either made for them, or bought for them..and or they made necklaces or chokers or bracelets to signify a person that was no longer in their lives..but, in spirit, rather...

so, where do they get those accessories from? Huh?
